We offer an end to end solution for our clients offering traditional letter, telephone, email and SMS text message service backed by a doorstep field agent visit where applicable. Conexus Recovery works with many large utility companies in the UK carryng out Welfare visits as well as Utility Warrant applications and prepayment meter exchanges. We also provide meter reading and debt recovery services to most of the energy providers in Northern Ireland. Our client base however includes utility companies, banking finance, solicitor/legal services, HMRC and we also carry out field visits for other debt collection agencies as well as process serving.
